About Us

University of Florida Dairy Science Club

Since 1941, the University of Florida Dairy Science Club has been inspiring the next generation of dairy professionals. The purpose of the Dairy Science Club is to promote involvement in the dairy industry at the local, regional, and national levels, allowing students to make connections to peers and industry representatives. Members shall have opportunities to attend and present at conferences, participate in intercollegiate competitions, attend farm tours with experts in the field, and promote a positive public perception of the dairy industry through community outreach and volunteerism. With members from various majors and with different dairy backgrounds, we welcome all to expand their knowledge of dairy science.

As a registered student organization, the Dairy Science Club promises to uphold the core values of the University of Florida: excellence, discovery and innovation, inclusion, freedom and civility, community, and stewardship. Click here to view our constitution.

General Body Meetings are held on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesdays of every month during the Fall and Spring Semesters. All University of Florida staff, students, and faculty are welcome to attend in addition to Santa Fe Community College Students.
